For teens who prefer a virtual experience, impact by experience point is a similar workshop led by a live facilitator and using an online collaboration tool. Both sprints are customized to address your company's specific business challenge and schedule. Before the start of the sprint, you'll work facilitator to frame a question, identifying a specific problem to be solved and who it's being solved before. People who benefit from the problem solve and could potentially use the solution are called users. The facilitator will teach participants how to interview users and participants will go on to complete around the user interviews before the session. You'll begin to gather inspiration by examining your problem from multiple angles, challenging assumptions, and opportunities. This step will inspire new thinking, leading to discoveries of what people really need. Then you'll synthesize action, looking to find meaning in all the inspiration and information you gathered. This step will help you and your team identify a strategic focus within the problem you've identified. Then it's time to generate ideas. You'll be encouraged to push past the obvious solution and come up with breakthrough ideas. After that, it's time to make ideas tangible. You and your team will build low fidelity prototypes rough representations of your ideas to help you think them through in more detail. Finally, you'll design experiments, you'll develop a plan and make a commitment to test assumptions in your ideas and gather feedback in an easy, cost effective way. Highly immersive and delivered via a video conferencing platform by an ExperiencePoint facilitator
Minimum 20 participants per session
Teams collaborate in real-time and capture the entire sprint using the digital collaboration platform, MURAL, or a client’s preferred collaboration tool (an additional fee is incurred when using client tools)

What you’ll learn
Participants learn how to use the tools and methods of human-centered design to understand their problem and who they’re solving for, explore a range of possible solutions, identify the most viable ideas and bring them to life with low-fidelity prototypes and iterative feedback.
