KickstartChange™ is a hands-on change management workshop that helps your people at all levels make change a reality and support your organization’s strategy. Because when everyone becomes a change-maker, teams move faster and organizations emerge resilient in the face of uncertainty.

In just two hours, KickstartChange™ helps participants learn, practice and apply proven tools to change challenges in their own work. The experience blends practical skill-building with on-the-fly problem-solving, delivering immediate impact and lasting change agility.

Formerly known as “Real Change Starts Here,” this workshop has been updated in name and design to better reflect its fast-paced, tactical approach to building change capability.
