This multinational technology company had been a longtime vendor to Chile’s largest telecommunications company. Executives at the tech company wanted to strengthen this relationship, moving from transactional contracts to an ongoing strategic partnership.

Solution

The company’s customer-innovation team organized a three-day conference to demonstrate their commitment to the client and show their nuanced understanding of the client’s needs. The conference culminated in a customized ExperienceInnovation™ | Aware workshop, in which top executives from both companies collaborated closely. They explored how the client could accelerate new innovation initiatives and create impactful business models for the future.
