ExperienceInnovation™ workshop, built in collaboration with celebrated design consultancy IDEO, takes you through the essentials of a four-month innovation project in a half-day workshop.
Through an expertly guided innovation simulation, you will tackle a business challenge in a team-based competition. They'll build innovation confidence and competence and emerge with foundational knowledge and a real experience in design thinking. They'll be ready to apply it immediately to solve business challenges, support a culture of innovation and turn great ideas into solutions that make an impact.
ExperienceInnovation™ Aware introduces your people to essential design thinking techniques, mindsets and behaviors in a hands-on format. This 90 minute workshop highlights how to bring creative habits like deep user empathy, radical collaboration and rapid experimentation to one's work every day.
As a result, your people will develop an awareness of and support for design thinking as an approach to problem solving. Our workshop will also help your people provoke fresh ideas to address a meaningful challenge or opportunity.

Underscoring that effective learning requires more doing and less passive listening, participants experience innovation and change through our workshops, and teach the workshop back to their peers, turning Train-the-Trainer into a "flipped classroom".
