For as long as Natalie can remember, she has been fascinated by helping people succeed in their careers and fostering an inclusive and positive workplace. These interests continue to drive her each day as ExperiencePoint’s Director, People Operations.

Natalie Fleming leads the People Operations (HR) team that champions ExperiencePoint’s unique human-centered culture and strives to deliver a world-class employee experience to a team of diverse, talented and curious people.

Natalie started her professional journey at McMaster University, where she studied Sociology and Business. Her ability to manage and strengthen relationships while delivering on what needs to be done led Natalie to multiple roles in the engineering consulting space where she led global HR initiatives with a focus on employee engagement and development.

A lover of the Toronto food scene, spending time with her friends, family, and fur babies, and occasionally fitness, Natalie is constantly seeking out new experiences and is driven by personal growth and development.
