Mihir Andrei Mukherjee is a voracious problem-solver and passionate strategist who thrives in dynamic and fast-moving business environments. As the Global Head of Sales and Marketing for ExperiencePoint, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role and resolutely strives to help customers reimagine their businesses and transform their futures through human-centered design.
Born in New Delhi, India, a love of fast cars inspired Mihir to obtain a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering before landing a position in the software solution industry. Resetting his sights on strategy and consulting, Mihir opted to obtain his MBA at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management with a specialization in strategic management.
Soon after developing his own strategy consulting firm while still at school, Mihir was recruited by major software company SAP Canada and four years later by Blackberry, where he led the company’s pivot from hardware to software and drove the business towards a record-breaking year. Mihir was then hired as the National Vice-President of Sales at Salesforce, where he led the Telco vertical for Canada before finally joining forces with ExperiencePoint in 2020.
Mihir is an active MENSA member, a Board Advisor for the VCU da Vinci Center for Innovation, a graduate of Harvard’s High Potential Leadership Program and an enthusiastic attendee of his daughter’s tea parties. His competitive spirit touches every facet of his life — from the office, to the basketball court, to his attempted mastery of over 7 instruments, to family board game night.
