Marianne Drake strives to make a difference as a business leader. Her passion for entrepreneurship led her to major in business studies at the University of Toronto and build an established career in telecommunications. Marianne has extensive experience leading various business functions, teams and strategic initiatives. Her success lies in putting employee and customer perspectives at the center of problem-solving.

In late 2020, Marianne was looking for an impactful career change when she discovered ExperiencePoint. She was immediately drawn to the company’s human-centered focus and core values. She recognized the opportunity to explore how design thinking leads to tangible business impact for any size or type of business. Marianne joined ExperiencePoint with a mandate to launch and refine a sales enablement function within the growing company.

As ExperiencePoint’s Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, Marianne uses her customer-centric orientation to effectively collaborate with her sales team and the rest of the organization.

A mom of two young adults, Marianne enjoys golf, travel and motorcycling adventures with her husband. Marianne recently completed several American Sailing Association certifications and looks forward to future adventures on the water.
