The simulations give participants hands-on experience with applying the concepts covered in the course. They provide for the kind
of action learning that really sharpens participants' skills and enhances their grasp of critical frameworks. They are very realistic and immerse
participants into the situation in an engaging manner. They also allow for scenario planning using variations of approach and technique, which expands
